Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Authors are strongly advised to prepare manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines. Submissions not meeting these requirements will be returned to authors for revision, which may delay the review and publication process.

General Requirements

During submission, authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript has not been published previously and is not under review elsewhere (unless stated in the “Comments to the Editor”).

  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or OpenOffice format.

  • The paper is written in English, following a clear, academic style.

  • The manuscript includes the following major sections:
Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Analysis & Discussion, and Conclusion.

  • The abstract should not exceed 300 words.

  • The complete manuscript (including references, tables, and figures) should range between 5,000 to 10,000 words.

  • Submissions to peer-reviewed sections must ensure a blind review format (remove author-identifying information from the main document).

  • All figures, tables, and illustrations should be properly labeled and embedded within the text following APA formatting guidelines.

Content and Structure

  • Title and Author Information:
The first page should include the manuscript title, each author’s full name, institutional affiliation, and contact details (including email).

  • Abstract and Keywords:
The abstract should be no longer than 300–500 words, summarizing the study’s purpose, methods, results, and conclusions. Include 3–5 keywords for indexing.

  • Main Text:
The body of the manuscript should be divided into clearly defined sections as listed above. Variables and constructs should be written in full words, not abbreviations.

  • References:
All sources must follow the latest edition of the American Psychological Association (APA) citation style. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley or EndNote to maintain consistency.

Ethical and Technical Standards

  • Plagiarism Limit:
Manuscripts must have less than 19% similarity, with no single source exceeding 4%. Submissions exceeding these limits will be returned for revision or rejected.

  • Formatting and Final Layout:
Final typesetting, formatting, and layout adjustments will be completed by the journal’s editorial team prior to publication.

  • Compliance:
Non-compliance with any of the above requirements may result in return or delay of the manuscript review process.
